In our state of art kitchen, and in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere you'll cook with your team, under the supervision and guidance of our fully trained professional chef's. Preparing anything from a box of beautiful hand-made box of chocolates to a full 3-course meal.
Time spent with colleagues away from the office is never wasted time. Sharing in a really enjoyable experience brings the department closer together and will harbour a more productive and vibrant atmosphere once back in the office.

On your arrival in the morning you will be greeted with tea, coffee and fresh pastries.
The days activities start with a demonstration of a 2-course meal, after which everyone will have the opportunity to have a go at re-creating the dishes.
You will then sit down to enjoy the fantastic food you have cooked with a glass of wine.
After lunch we will show you how to make some tea time favourites, and, once you have cooked these you are invited to sit down to enjoy them with a cup of tea.
The menus are all tailored to your group.

Champagne tasting
Your evening begins with a tutored tasting from our wine expert, during which you and your guests will have the opportunity to sample a range of champagnes. Following this, you will be invited to enjoy the buffet which will have been specially prepared to compliment the champagnes.

Wine Tasting - French, Italian or New World vs Old World
Your evening begins with a tutored tasting of your country/ region of choice, during which you and your guests will have the opportunity to sample a range of wines. Following this, you will be invited to enjoy the buffet which has been specially prepared to compliment your wines.
